I am a UKCP and BACP registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with specialist qualifications in psychosexual therapy and in working with couples and relationships. My practice is grounded in existential-analytic psychotherapy, a philosophical approach that takes seriously questions of identity, meaning, freedom, and the way we relate to others and to ourselves.
I hold a COSRT-accredited Professional Certificate in Psychosexual Therapy (CICS, 2024), and a Certificate in Working with Couples and Relationships from the Link Centre (2025). This means I am equipped to work with individuals, couples, and those exploring questions of sexuality, intimacy, and relational difficulty in a rigorous and non-judgmental way.
My clinical experience includes working with anxiety, trauma, identity, life transitions, and creative and professional blocks. I have experience working with LGBTQI+ clients, creative professionals, performing arts students, and individuals navigating significant life changes. I have also worked in settings supporting people facing homelessness, addiction, and social exclusion.
Before training as a therapist, I held leadership roles in higher education and taught philosophy at doctoral level. I bring that background into the consulting room: not as a set of answers, but as a way of asking better questions. I offer sessions in person and online, and I am committed to making therapy accessible to those who might not otherwise seek it.
