As an integrative therapist I draw on a range of therapeutic models to respond creatively to each client. I have an empathic and non-judgmental approach that offers a safe and supportive space to consider the issues you are bringing to therapy. It’s a collaborative process where the therapeutic relationship is the framework for exploring past and present experience and how these inform mind and body in ways of thinking, feeling, being and relating. I’m mindful of the context of culture and difference both inside and outside the therapy room and am aware that exploring into what’s being held in the body can feel complex for some clients. I approach your unique background and story with care and respect.
It’s my experience and belief that a deeper sense of self-awareness and connection, as explored and worked through with a therapist, can lead to a better relationship with yourself and with others, and a greater ability to hold and regulate emotions and cope with the ups and downs of life.
I am a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor and a graduate of the Minster Centre in London. I have experience of working with anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, life changes and issues arising from difficult childhood experiences, childhood sexual abuse, and trauma.
