Mags Linster

Humanistic Integrative Therapist

Going to therapy and taking time and space for yourself is a big step which is why I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment to explore things in with you. Working together we can look at your challenges while also increasing awareness, self-acceptance and strengthening your sense of self.

I work integratively which means we will be using various approaches and tools that best fit you and your needs.

I am a neurodivergent, queer, non-binary person and I am informed in working with queerness, neurodivergence, kink and non-monogamy, grief, self-harm.

I’m currently working as a trainee counsellor at the Hastings Therapy Centre, while I complete my Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling at CPPD. I’m registered with BACP as a student counsellor.
