Coaching Assessment

The coaching initial consultation lasts up to 50 minutes, and for residents of Hastings & Rother, the standard price is £50. For people living outside of Hasting & Rother, the consultation price is £70.

The initial consultation is a chance for you to explore your situation with your coach, decide if coaching is right for you and if you and your coach will work well together.

If you are booking a coaching initial consultation, please ensure you are able to commit to our standard fees for ongoing sessions and that you are able to attend sessions regularly. Fortnightly works well but when you meet is something you will agree with your coach during the initial consultation. We are only able to offer funded coaching when there are sufficient charitable funds available. If you believe you may qualify for funded coaching, please let us know when completing your booking by indicating how much you can afford to pay per week. We do not operate a waiting list for this service.
