Jack O’Connor

Integrative Therapist

Often, people come to therapy to make some sort of change in their lives. You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck in life. You may be facing problems in your relationships at home or at work. Whatever brings you here, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore your experiences together. My aim is to help you make sense of what you’re going through, so that new perspectives—and new possibilities—can emerge.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches—humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential—depending on what feels most useful for you. I see therapy as a collaborative process and at the heart of my practice is the relationship we build together. I will be guided by what feels important to you in each session, reflecting on your thoughts and feelings, and also your bodily sensations, which can sometimes reveal insights that words alone cannot capture.
