Daniel Rubinstein

Psychotherapeutic counsellor

I am a UKCP and BACP registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor specializing in existential-analytic and psychosexual therapy. My approach combines philosophical insight with practical therapeutic techniques. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQI+ clients, performing arts students, addressing performance anxiety and creative blocks, as well as supporting NHS frontline workers during the pandemic and individuals facing homelessness.

My background includes experience of therapeutic work in diverse settings, complemented by leadership roles in higher education and a PhD in Philosophy. I work with clients exploring identity, sexuality, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I have particular experience supporting creative professionals and those in academic environments.

I maintain a commitment to making therapy accessible and provide sessions both in-person and online. I have published on contemporary psychotherapy topics, including digital therapeutic relationships and modern approaches to existential challenges.
